Software Engineer Thomas Nealis (left) discusses a mortar stowage kit and a dismounted mortar control system with U.S. Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen (second from left) and eight members from Frelinghuysen's Youth Advisory Committee at Picatinny Arsenal on Monday, June 16.

This visit is an annual event which began in 2003 to teach high school students about our nation's military and its unique contributions to the United States's national security. The Youth Advisory Committee consists of New Jersey high school juniors and seniors who learn about civic leadership, government, and the importance of voting. Members are nominated by their high school principals.
