Josh Fleurant of Delta Forward Support Troop, 1st Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment said he was "stoked, excited and surprised" that he won a brand new Stetson. Although "not really believing" he would win, Fleurant said he saw signs for the drawing a few days before the Cav's birthday celebration and "figured that he would just take a chance."
