US Army in Europe Soldiers win 2014 AG Corps Regimental Award

WIESBADEN, Germany -- U.S. Army in Europe Soldiers were selected as winners for the 2014 Adjutant General Corps Regimental of the Year Awards.

The purpose of these awards are to give special recognition to Soldiers who best understand the importance of contributions and values in their dealings with Soldiers, commanders, families, and the Army during the previous calendar year.

The winners are:

Capt. Joseph H. Johnson III, HHC, Allied Forces North Battalion, was awarded the Timothy J. Maude Medal for Distinguished Achievement, AG Corps Regimental Officer and Warrant Officer of the Year.

Staff Sgt. Andrewmane O. Bowes, Charlie Company, Allied Forces South Battalion, was awarded the Larry L. Strickland Medal for Distinguished Achievement, AG Corps Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year.
