Members of the Research and Development Council of New Jersey recently toured Picatinny Arsenal getting a chance to meet scientists and engneers, as well as see facilities engaged in research supporting state of the art weapons and munitions technology. The R&D Council has been dedicated to cultivating an environment supportive of the advancement of research and development in New Jersey for nearly half of century.
