Command Sgt. Maj. Julie Guerra, 309th Military Intelligence Battalion, speaks to members of the Network Enterprise Technology Command about her past personal experience as a sexual assault victim. During a April 30 presentation, Guerra spoke about the positive role her leadership played after the experience, today's focus on sexual harassment and assault in the services, the Army's Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program, and how she believes individual responsibility and strength allowed her to move beyond the event to become a mother, wife and command sergeant major.
