2014 Twilight Tattoo season begins!

ARLINGTON, Va. (April 23, 2014) -- Soldiers from the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and The U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own" conducted a full dress rehearsal at Whipple Field, Joint Base-Myer Henderson Hall in preparation for the U.S. Army Military District of Washington's 2014 Twilight Tattoo season.

Twilight Tattoo is a show that gives a glimpse into American history through performances by The U.S. Army Blues, vocalists from The U.S. Army Band Downrange and U.S. Army Band Voices, The Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps, and The U.S. Army Drill Team.

The rehearsal gives Maj. Gen. Jeffrey S. Buchanan, MDW commanding general the opportunity to observe this year's show and validate the hour-long, live-action military pageant that begins Wednesday, April 30.
