Army Surgeon General, Lt. Gen. Patricia D. Horoho, talks about Sexual Assault Awareness Month in the Army and urges all members of Army Medicine to intervene, act and motivate others to stop sexual assaults, sexually offensive language and gestures that promote this type of abuse.
