The Chili Cook-Off is a fundraiser supporting the Joint Force Headquarters-National Capital Region/U.S. Army Military District of Washington's annual Organization Day picnic, to be held in August. Coveted Commander's Cup points were handed out to the best chili recipes, with the U.S. Army Air Operations Group winning 1st place for their chili entitled, Sailor's Revenge III.
