DOULA, Cameroon -- Sgt. Jeffrey Kourim (left) and Spc. David S. Jungblut with U.S. Army Europe's 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) pound in a grounding rod for a transportable satellite terminal at the beginning of Exercise Central Accord 14 here, March 12.

Central Accord 14 is a multinational exercise designed to promote international partnership with African nations and enhance military medical capabilities.

The 173rd, as USAREUR's Contingency Response Force, is also capable of conducting a full range of military operations across the U.S. Africa Command, teaming with U.S. Army Africa.
