GRAFENWOEHR, Germany -- Since its grand opening on February 3rd, the Tower Barracks tax center has prepared over 400 tax returns, generated over $1,500,000 in refunds, and saved community members over $85,000 in commercial tax-preparation fees.
Have you filed your taxes yet? This year's tax deadline is April 15, 2014; however, if community members are filing only to claim a refund, there is a two-month overseas extension to June 16, 2014.
Call or stop by the Tower Barracks tax center to get your taxes prepared and electronically filed. Appointments, walk-in, and drop-off services are available to accommodate all schedules. Prior to coming to the tax center, ensure that you have copies of all income documentation, ID cards, and social security cards for all persons listed on the tax return.
