PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - Picatinny Arsenal's senior noncommissioned officer, Command Sgt. Maj. Rosalba Dumont-Carrion, hugs World War II Sgt. Harry Ettlinger during a special screening of the film "The Monuments Men" at the AMC Theaters in Rockaway Township on Monday, Feb, 24. Ettlinger is one of the five surviving members of the Monuments, Fine Arts, and Archives program. The "Monuments Men" program safeguarded historic and cultural monuments from war damage and returned works of art and other items of cultural importance that had been stolen by the Nazis or hidden for safekeeping. The program also served as the historical basis for the movie.
