The senior most enlisted leader in Army Medicine held a town hall with senior enlisted leaders at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC).

Command Sgt. Maj. Donna A. Brock, command sergeant major for U.S. Army Medical Command and Command Sgt. Maj. Robert C. Luciano, command sergeant major for Pacific Regional Medical Command and TAMC addressed Army medical senior enlisted leaders at TAMC, Hawaii, on February 24, 2014.

During the meeting, Brock discussed top priorities in Army Medicine and encouraged staff to not only grow leaders through mentorship but to set the example by becoming a mentee.

"Every leader in this room should have a mentor and if you don't I want to encourage you to find one," said Brock.

She also advised staff to continue to hold fast to core values such as competence, commitment and character.

Brock's visit comes at the tail-end of a two weeklong Asia-Pacific tour of military treatment facilities with Army Surgeon General, Lt. Gen. Patricia Horoho.
