The Surgeon General of the United States Army, Lt. Gen. Patricia Horoho kicked off her Asia-Pacific tour with a visit to Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. During the visit, she met with Veterans Affairs Undersecretary for Health, Dr. Robert Petzel, Director for Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Healthcare Systems, Mr. Wayne Pfeffer, Veterans Affairs Health Administration Network Director, Sheila Cullen, and Commanding General for Pacific Regional Medical Command and TAMC, Brig. Gen. Dennis Doyle to discuss ongoing joint venture initiatives and the way ahead for continued partnership on February 10, 2014.
