There are two family housing areas in Yongsan: South Post and Hannam Village. Senior and Field Grade officers, as well as Sergeant Majors, are housed on South Post.

Burke Towers were designed and built for field grade officers (MAJ/LTC). They were completed in July 2004 and consist of two towers. The North and South towers have 30 apartments each for a total of 60 homes:

40-three bedroom (1,573 SF); 18-four bedroom (1,762 SF); 2- five bedroom (1,978 SF)

There are 6 elevators per tower which conveniently go down to the basement where the underground parking is located as well as 6x6 feet storage area. Each apartment unit has an assigned parking space. Ancillary parking is located behind the north tower for visitors and overflow.

** Burke Towers residents please refer to USAG Yongsan Policy #2-1 (http://bitly.com/YongsanPL). Dogs and cats are not authorized in Burke Towers.

There are three areas on South Post where leased townhouses are provided for field grade servicemembers. They are:

Loring Village (commonly known as Black Hawk Village)

Koelsch Grove (commonly known as Eagle Grove)

Krzyzowski Hills (commonly known as Itaewon Acres)

Townhouse sizes are:

2 bedroom - 1,145 and 1,229 sq. ft

3 bedroom - 1,359 and 1,513 sq. ft
