Marine Corps Training Area-Bellows, Hawaii -- The 2013 DME is a U.S. Army Pacific hosted subject matter expert exchange focused on an international Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operation. The highlight of this year's DME 2013 is a Practical Field Exchange at MCTAB on Nov.14.
