  • FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas - Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond Chandler III offers some words of wisdom to Sgt. 1st Class Brandie Williams, the Brooke Army Medical Center liaison officer for 1st Cavalry Division, during a visit Aug. 22 to the Warrior and Family Support Center. Chandler was accompanied by Jeanne, his wife. He said he tries to visit the WFSC once a quarter and that it is personally important to him to talk to the wounded warriors. "It's important to let them know we, the leadership of the Army, care and that they are not forgotten," said Chandler. "We are committed to each and every one."
