PENTAGON, Washington DC (August 1, 2013) -- The Energy Initiatives Task Force has published their inaugural newsletter, which is aimed at informing and engaging industry and installations on large-scale renewable energy.

In the newsletter, John Lushetsky, Executive Director of the EITF said, "We will use this newsletter in the future to continue to engage with industry on important topics, so that we're doing everything we can to speed the Army's project deployment."

The newsletter will be published once every two months. Lushetsky said in the next edition, they will discuss the "termination for convenience" clause in government contracts, a topic on the minds of many developers and a subject on which we get many questions.

The newsletter can also be downloaded from www.armyeitf.com/downloads/July2013_EITFNewsletter.pdf
