Eleven Cadets from Drexel University's Reserve Officers' Training Corps were sworn into the Army as second lieutenants by Maj. Gen. William D. Razz Waff, commanding general of the Army Reserve's 99th Regional Support Command, during a commissioning ceremony held on the Army's 238th birthday June 14, 2013, at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
