ANA soldiers complete train the trainer course at FOB Gamberi

Afghan National Army soldiers operate a metal detector during a counter improvised explosive device train the trainer course at Forward Operating Base Gamberi, May 21, 2013. The course trains Afghan soldiers to be instructors for other classes throughout the 201st Corps. "The teachback program has been very successful within the 201st Corps," said Capt. Jeremy Pinson, company commander, 744th Explosive Ordinance Company, 184th Ordnance Battalion, 52nd Ordnance Group, Fort Campbell, Ky. The graduates of this course will enable the 201st Corps to expand its counter IED efforts and help protect the Afghan people from the enemies of Afghanistan.
