Forward Repair Activity in Kuwait. Known as the "Tobyhanna FRA," the
volunteer team from Tobyhanna Army Depot, Pa., provides maintenance
support to units across Southwest Asia by servicing computers and
associated peripheral devices. The FRA staff has serviced and repaired
nearly 3,200 items this year.
