Corporal Matthew T. Morgan and family smile and display mementos after he reenlisted in the Army for three more years. Maj. Gen. Michael S. Linnington, commanding general of the Joint Force Headquarters - National Capital Region and the U.S. Military District of Washington was the presiding officer during the ceremony held at Fort McNair, June 7, 2013. Morgan has served as Executive Administrator to the Command Sergeant Major for the past 14 months.
