Chaplain applies 'preventative maintenance' to Soldier care

The Army Times is featuring a story on Chaplain (Captain) Sam Rico, a battalion chaplain within the 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, CO. The story focuses on a program he developed that has turned the concept of Preventative Checks and Maintenance Services (PMCS) into a new initiative of care for Soldiers and Family members. For his program, PMCS stands for "Preventive Maintenance of the Comprehensive Soldier."
