Army team helps celebrates history of Fiesta during Pilgrimage to Alamo

  • FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas " James Fenimore (left), along with Lt. Gen William Caldwell IV and Command Sgt. Maj. The pilgrimage is one of the more somber events of Fiesta, an 11-day celebration across San Antonio. It features more than 100 different events focusing on the vibrant culture and rich history of the city. Caldwell is the commanding general of U.S. Army North (Fifth Army) and senior commander for Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis. Rhodes is his senior enlisted leader, and Fenimore is the Fiesta commissioner representing Vietnam veterans.
