ANSBACH, Germany (April 30, 2013) -- As part of a European USO tour, multi-platinum rock band Drowning Pool will play U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach May 5. The Dallas-based group, whose hit songs include "Bodies," "37 Stitches" and "Feel Like I Do," will play Hangar 6502 at USAG Ansbach's Storck Barracks at 6 p.m. with doors opening at 5 p.m. for the Sunday concert.

All Soldiers, family members, veterans, civilian employees and local nationals with installation access to USAG Ansbach, Bamberg, Schweinfurt, Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels or any other U.S. military installation are invited to attend the concert.

"Our USO shows and all military shows for that matter have been one of the most humbling experiences this band has ever had. For us as entertainers there's no better reward than putting on a rock show for our troops," said guitarist C.J. Pierce on behalf of Drowning Pool in a USO news release. "Our troops will always have continual support from us, Drowning Pool. Always in our hearts, always in our minds."
