"Dial the Deputy," a live, call-in with Chaplain (Brigadier General) Charles "Ray" Bailey, U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Chaplains, took place on April 5th. The telephonic call-in from his Pentagon office gave Chaplain Bailey the opportunity to address concerns and answer questions posed by spouses of Chaplains and Chaplain Assistants from across the Army Chaplain Corps.
