Change Management Methodology

To gain useful in-depth knowledge of an organization’s change readiness, assessment activities conform to a model, in this case a framework of eight success factors illustrated in Figure 1: Change Management Methodology. Each success factor defines an aspect of the organization’s readiness, which can then be analyzed as a strength to be sustained, or a risk to be mitigated. For each success factor, the question to be asked is: “How well does the organization do this?”
